Anschlie\u00dfend werden diese gewelkt und in der Sonne kontrolliert getrocknet. Falls das Wetter zu feucht ist, wird die Trocknung in bel\u00fcfteten, beheizten R\u00e4umen durchgef\u00fchrt. Durch W\u00e4rme und Trocknung tritt eine leichte Fermentation des Tees ein, was ihm sein harmonisches, feines Aroma verleiht. Aus dieser Region stammen die hochwertigsten Wei\u00dfen Tees der Welt, wie der \u201eSilbernadel Tee\u201c (Bai hao Yinzhen) oder die \u201eWei\u00dfe Pfingstrose\u201c (Bai Mu Tan).<\/p>\n<p>Mittlerweile wird Wei\u00dfer Tee auch in anderen Teeregionen produziert, jedoch kommt keine Qualit\u00e4t an jene Tees heran, die aus Fujian stammen. Dieser ist vor allem bei hochwertigen Sorten gut zu erkennen. Die Farbe des Wei\u00dfen Tees ist hell, fast durchsichtig, und weist einem milden, blumigen Geschmack auf, der niemals bitter sein darf. Wei\u00dfer Tee wird mit 70 Grad Wassertemperatur f\u00fcr zwei bis drei Minuten aufgegossen und lauwarm getrunken. Empfohlen ist auch das traditionelle mehrmalige Aufgie\u00dfen der Teebl\u00e4tter, um in den vollen Genuss ihrer Wirkung und des Geschmacks zu kommen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div
