Made for Matcha Lattes.

Kotobuki is tailored to preparation with milk. Its bold, full-bodied profile remains clearly noticeable in a Matcha Latte — hot or iced. Each drink takes 3 g.

Loosely heaped Kotobuki Matcha powder in a vivid green

Bold in taste, vibrant in the glass.

Kotobuki comes from Shizuoka, Japan. The tea plants are shaded for at least 20 days before harvest; the leaves processed come from the first and second harvests and are certified EU organic. In the glass, it shows a bold, intense flavour profile and a deep, vibrant green — visible in hot and iced drinks alike, and adding colour to batters, creams and sorbets too.

Quality that is documented.

Kotobuki is not only tasted, but tested. A detailed product analysis, a separate nutritional analysis, EU organic certification and documented production processes provide a traceable basis for purchasing, quality management and internal quality processes.
